ISO 9001

In June of 1998 Preview Properties.com became the first full service (residential/commercial) real estate firm in North America to earn ISO 9002 certification. SGS International Certification Services of Antwerp, Belgium issued the certificate based on compliance with the quality assurance requirements of the ISO 9000 standards. The International Organization sets these standards for Standardization, a worldwide federation of national standards bodies representing 91 countries. Preview Properties.com joins an international group of elite companies who have achieved this quality assurance model. These international firms include all major automotive companies and principal suppliers, Dupont, Kodak, IBM, and many others.

Preview Properties.com instituted a quality policy of "commitment to delivering excellence in real estate knowledge, experience and service that exceeds customer/client expectations" for all activities relating to commercial, residential and business brokerage including relocation and referral activities. This policy, together with the development of a quality manual, which is the basis for documentation of our quality system, was created during the preparation for certification.
