SGS International Certification Services of Antwerp, Belgium issued the certificate based on compliance with the quality assurance requirements of the ISO 9000 standards. The International Organization sets these standards for Standardization, a worldwide federation of national standards bodies representing 91 countries. These international firms include all major automotive companies and principal suppliers, Dupont, Kodak, IBM, and many others.

Preview Properties.com instituted a quality policy of being "absolutely committed to continually improving our customer/client relationships." for all activities relating to commercial, residential and business brokerage including relocation and referral activities. This policy, together with the development of a quality manual, which is the basis for documentation of our quality system, was created during the preparation for certification.
